Ok So I am a loser commenting on my own post. Yeah, ok. So what? Anyway, I realized that cats are poor earthquake predictors. Mine didn't wake up until after I asked her why she didn't let me know an earthquake was imminent. Then she just yawned in my face and went back to her nap. Oh, did I mention my boyfriend is awesome? Here is HIS input regarding the e.q.:
He says,"This was interesting... there was a "micro earthquake" within 9 miles of Santa Cruz shortly before 8... THEN, the slightly bigger one hit within 9 miles of Pinnacles... a mini-chain-reaction...
